Computer support engineer in 1+1 media

1+1 media invites aComputer Support Engineerto ensure the development of projects and support work processes in the company. 

We are for you if you:

• Have experience in the field of IT support;
• Have experience with a corporate computer network and fulfill user requests;
• Confidently administer telephony: issue devices, set them up and assign numbers;
• Know how to install software and configure computer equipment (PCs, laptops, monitors);
• Careful in keeping documentation (for example, tables of phone numbers, etc.). 
  
  Together with the team, you will be engaged in:
• Processing requests from users of the corporate computer network and providing technical support;
• Telephony administration: issuing, configuring telephone sets, assigning numbers;
• Installing and updating software;
• Configuring computer equipment (PCs, laptops, monitors) and peripheral devices (printers, projectors, IR consoles, etc.);
• Maintenance of accompanying technical documentation (in particular, accounting for telephone numbers and equipment).
