Requirements: work experience: Windows 10, Microsoft Office; knowledge of the basics and principles of building the IT infrastructure of the enterprise, integration and interaction of software complexes, architecture of software systems of databases; knowledge of standards in the field of IT systems and data transfer protocols; skills in diagnosing problems and system performance; knowledge of IT infrastructure monitoring systems and IT processes. An additional plus will be: working skills of an ABS technologist; knowledge of the basics of SQL; experience of writing PowerShell scripts; experience of working in user support; knowledge of the architecture, basics of security and the internal system of the Windows OS family and experience in the administration of server systems based on them; experience in the administration of automatic software IT infrastructure monitoring, operator console SCOM, ZABBIX skills; knowledge of IT process management best practices (ITIL, MOF). Main responsibilities: Performing day/night routine operations in bank software complexes. Primary support of IT services of the bank. Implementation of monitoring settings closed systems and processes. User support. Performing duties in the absence of other team members.
