Computer application engineer in Universal Bank/Universal Bank

Expectations from the candidate:

• work experience: Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office;
• knowledge of the basics and principles of building the IT infrastructure of the enterprise, integration and interaction of software complexes, architecture of software systems and databases;
• understanding of the principles of operation of networks, servers, databases, user workstations;
• knowledge of standards in the field of IT systems and data transmission protocols;
• skills in diagnosing problems and system performance, the ability to quickly navigate in incidents and effectively resolve them;
• knowledge of IT infrastructure monitoring systems and IT processes;
• analytical thinking, responsibility, attention to detail;
• willingness to work in shifts (including night shifts, shifts on holidays).

Responsibilities:

Execution of the duty engineer’s pool of tasks:

• execution day/night routine operations in bank software complexes;
• 24/7 operational control of the bank's critical systems;
• identification and escalation of incidents, cooperation with other IT units to eliminate incidents;
• user support;
• performance of duties during the absence of other team members.

Will a plus:

• experience working in financial or critical IT infrastructure;
• skills as an ABS technologist;
• basic knowledge of SQL, PowerShell;
• experience in user support;
• experience working with Service Desk systems;
• experience in administration of server systems;
• experience in administration of automatic monitoring software IT infrastructures, operator console skills SCOM, ZABBIX, Grafana;
• knowledge of IT process management best practices (ITIL, MOF).
