Our team is expanding, and we are currently seeking a skilled Compliance Specialist to ensure our operations align with global information security, data privacy and quality standards.RequirementsYour responsibilities:Develop, implement and maintain compliance programs under international standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 9001, SOC 2 as well as data protection and privacy regulations, including GDPRSupport regular internal audits to ensure continuous compliance and identify areas of improvement in our information security and data privacy frameworksCollaborate with various departments to ensure compliance policies are understood and integrated into day-to-day operationsManage certification processes, including preparation for audits by external bodies, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and availableContribute to training and support to company personnel on compliance-related issues, enhancing awareness and understanding of compliance standards across the companyStay updated with changes in regulations and standards that impact information security and data privacy, and implement necessary changes in company proceduresWork with the IT department to ensure that all company practices are in-line with regulatory requirements and industry best practicesHandle data subject requests in compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection lawsSupporting risk management processes within IMSRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Security, IT, or related fieldProfessional information security, data privacy and compliance certifications (e.g. CIPP, CIPM, CISSP, etc) will be an advantageMinimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance role with a strong focus on information security and data privacyExperience in the IT services industry will be an advantageExtensive knowledge of the standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, ISO 27701 ISO 9001, SOC2, GDPRProven track record of managing audits and certificationsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively train and guide staff on compliance practicesStrong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlinesAdvanced written and verbal communication skills in English and UkrainianShow more Show less Position level Basic level Type of employment Full-time Job responsibilities Finance and Sales Industries Non-profit organizations and Primary and secondary education
