What we expect from you: higher economic/financial or legal education, work experience in in a related field 1+ years of knowledge of business management standards knowledge of the English language at the Upper-intermediate+ level, most of the work will be in English experience of working with various databases will be a plus (for example SAP, 1C, NetSuite, etc.) fluency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint )competent oral and written Ukrainian language, attentiveness, communication and team spirit. What tasks will you work on: checking potential clients and suppliers for the presence of reputational, sanctions and other risks, initiating checks of independence and absence of conflict of interests, analyzing and summarizing information received in the Compliance Catalyst KYC system, forming a package documents in accordance with KYC / AML requirements for accepting a new client, entering data into the SalesForse and NetSuite systems, controlling the quality and relevance of information, creating codes for accounting of working hours in the OpenAir system, filling in the resource planning system for one of the company's departments, monitoring regulatory changes and implementing them in documentation, filling out contracts and other documents, assisting in preparation of documentation for the company's participation in tenders, if necessary, interaction with other divisions of the company and participation in internal projects.
