Right now we are looking for Compliance Project Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Development of methodology and regulation of compliance processes
• Participation in automation of compliance processes
• Implementation of compliance controls
• Assessment of compliance risks when establishing business relations with counterparties, hiring employees, implementing new processes/services
• Organization of work on reception and processing of notifications about violations of the requirements of the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct
• Preparation of training materials and providing advice/clarification on compliance issues

The successful candidate meets the following requirements: 

• Education - higher legal or economic

• Work experience not less than five years in compliance or performing similar functions in other departments (for example, in audit, security, legal department, etc.)

• Knowledge of best international practices in the field of compliance and applicable legislation

•  Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level and above 

• The presence of confirmed certificates of compliance training (ICA or other equivalent) will be an advantage
