We are looking for the position of Leadspecialist in the Sanctions and Embargo Enforcement Department, Compliance Control Department.

If you join us, you will:

• implement and support the bank's policies and procedures aimed at ensuring compliance with existing restrictions in terms of financial sanctions and embargoes, in accordance with the requirements of the BNPP and the legislation of Ukraine;
• provide advice to the Bank's employees on the analysis and in-depth study of customers and their transactions with the aim of preventing and countering terrorist financing, as well as ensuring compliance with existing restrictions in terms of financial sanctions and embargoes;
• carry out analysis of the Bank's clients and their operations for compliance with policies in terms of sanctions and embargoes and BNPP Group standards, including by processing "alerts";
• participate in the implementation of BNPP Group standards, reducing compliance risks of financial security and "reputational" risks;
• participate in the development and testing of requirements for the implementation of compliance requirements in banking systems and assessment of potential risks that may arise during the implementation of projects related to the division's area of responsibility;
• participate in the Committee for the approval of clients taking into account financial security risks
• conduct training of employees and coordination of the activities of the Department;
• provide expert support on highly specialized issues related to compliance with sanctions and embargoes, prevention and countering of terrorist financing.
• participate in the optimization of internal procedures and coordination of work mechanisms between structural units Bank in order to effectively manage compliance risks.

This job is created for you if you have:

• a higher economic or legal education (master's degree, specialist, bachelor's degree);
• at least 2 years of banking experience in the field of compliance / currency control / documentary operations and financial monitoring;
• high analytical abilities;
• knowledge of Ukrainian and international legislation in the field of compliance and financial monitoring, currency legislation;
• knowledgeknowledge of the state language;
• knowledge of English not lower than the Intermediate level;
• basics of computer information processing technology;
• self-organization skills;
• proficiency in MS Office, Power Point, Excel, World, SAP.
