Growe чекає натих, хто прагне:Моніторити відповідність веб-сайтів певним правилам, регулятивним вимогам таконтрактним зобов’язанням;Відстежувати репутацію веб-сайтів/брендів/компаній/акціонерів/директорів;Вносити зміни дополітик, процедур таумов користування азартних веб-сайтів;Комунікувати зколегами зІТ, продукту, юридичного відділу, фронт-офісу такерівництва щодо статусів проектів тапокращення відповідності;Організовувати комунікацію зрегуляторами таіншими контролюючими органами, керуючи проектами, пов’язаними зпроцесами отримання ліцензій;Брати участь увхідних запитах, інспекціях, внутрішніх тазовнішніх аудитах татехнічних сертифікаціях;Керувати бюджетуванням, виставленням рахунків тапроцесами оплати для команди відповідності;Проводити адгок ісистематичні перевірки Know Your Business (KYB), процеси перевірки достовірності тамоніторинг контрактних компаній;Готувати документи зпитань протидії відмиванню коштів іфінансуванню тероризму (AML&TF), ліцензування таінші документи зпитань відповідності;Розвивати тапідтримує відносини зрегуляторними органами;Допомагати урозвитку етично відповідних бізнес-практик тапідтримує проекти звідповідності танавчальні ініціативи;Проводити випадкові дослідження щодо тенденцій угалузі тапотенційних напрямків розвитку бізнесу;Виконувати інші завдання, пов’язані зAML&TF тавідповідністю, щоденно. Нам потрібен твій професійний досвід:Ступінь бакалавра угалузі права, фінансів, управління бізнесом, ІТабо суміжній галузі;Вільне володіння усним таписемним англійською мовою;Принаймні 2роки підтвердженого досвіду вюридичній, фінансовій, ІТабо відповідній області;Відмінні знання MSOffice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); досвід роботи зCMS або HTMLє плюсом;Знання політик тапроцедур відповідності протидії відмиванню коштів, юридичних вимог таконтролю (наприклад, 4-я або 5-та Директива про протидію відмиванню коштів, рекомендації FATF, MIFIDII);Професійна сертифікація (наприклад, базова або розширена сертифікація CySEC) єплюсом;Юридичний досвід усфері азартних ігор розглядатиметься якперевага.Мицінуємо:Здатність критично мислити, вирішувати проблеми тапрацювати самостійно або вкомандному середовищі;Самоорганізованість таініціативність;Сильні комунікаційні, міжособистісні тааналітичні навички. Growe welcomes those who are excited to: Monitor compliance of websites to specific rules, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations; Track the reputation of websites/brands/companies/shareholders/ directors; Amend policies, procedures, and T&C of gambling websites; Communicate with team members, including IT, Product, Legal colleagues, frontline staff, and managers, on project statuses and compliance improvements; Handle communication with Regulators and other supervisory authorities, leading projects related to license -obtaining processes; Participate in incoming inquiries, inspections, internal and external audits, and technical certifications; Manage budgeting, billing, and payment processes for the Compliance Team; Conduct adhoc and ongoing KYB checks, due diligence processes, and monitoring of contractual companies; Prepare AML&TF , licensing, and other compliance documents; Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities; Assist in the development of ethically compliant business practices and supporting compliance projects and training initiatives; Conduct occasional research on industry-related trends and potential areas of business development; Perform other tasks related toAML&TF and compliance on daily basis. We need your professional experience: Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business management, IT, or related field; Fluent oral and written communication skills in English; Atleast 2 years of proven experience in legal, finance, IT, or compliance role; Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with aCMS or HTML is a plus; Knowledge of Anti-money laundering compliance policies and procedures, legal requirements, and controls (e.g., 4th or5th Anti-Money Laundering Directive, FATF recommendations, MIFIDII);Professional certification (e.g., CySEC Basic orAdvanced) isaplus;Alegal background ingambling will beconsidered anadvantage.Weappreciate ifyou have those personal features:Ability tothink critically, solve problems, and work independently orinateam environment;Self-organized and proactive;Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.Weare seeking those who align with our core values:GROWE TOGETHER: Our team isour main asset.
