We invest in the development of the Ukrainian energy industry — we introduce innovative technologies and build new capacities, develop new business lines and modernize production.Position FunctionsAssessment of corruption and sanctions risk of counterparties and/or agreements (Ukrainian companies and non-residents), approval of contractual documentation;Assessment of conflict of interest situations, assessment of corruption risks;Participation in the development of policies, regulations, procedures, and other internal documents for the purpose of managing compliance risks (including in English);Conducting compliance training and training for employees, participating in projects to implement automated systems and preparing relevant business requirements;Development of compliance culture in the company;Participation in corporate investigations and preparation of relevant compliance reports;Participation in compliance due diligence and preparation of compliance conclusions;Development of the matrix of compliance risks and controls, its implementation in business processes;Participation in other strategic projects.Required Skills And ExperienceHigher Education;Desirable work experience in a Big4 \ leading law firm or experience in building risk-based compliance in large operating companies; International certification in the field of anti-corruption or sanctions compliance will be an advantage;Understanding the requirements of the anti-corruption and sanctions legislation of Ukraine, the USA, the EU, Great Britain and Switzerland as a "+";Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs, developing compliance culture;Skills of conducting compliance checks (compliance due diligence) and preparing compliance opinions;English is fluent.We offer:Competitive working conditions;Developing and interesting projects;Professional development;Career growth;Access to educational initiatives of the DTEK Academy;Safe and comfortable office (UNIT.City);Hybrid format of work.By submitting your resume for a job vacancy, you consent to the use of your personal data by DTEK within the framework of current legislation of Ukraine.
