We invite you to the Compliance Manager

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the main legislative and regulatory acts regulating countermeasures corruption and fraud, combating the legalization of proceeds of crime, sanctions legislation of Ukraine and those countries that are relevant to the Company's operational activities;
• Knowledge of methods for determining the Company's compliance risk and response tools;
• Knowledge of standards and reporting requirements of GRI G4, IIRC, UN Global Compact, legislative requirements and initiatives in Ukraine and Europe regarding sustainable development will be an advantage;
• A confident user of MS Office Suite, PZ 1C, work experience will be a plus with ERP SAP;
• Knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than B1.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of the register of compliance measures, development of risk compliance matrices and monitoring procedures, including ESG categories;
• Methodological support of the Company's structural divisions with the aim of timely implementation of reservations and recommendations on issues compliance;
• Participation in the development, renewal, review, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures and annual work plans of the division, in particular regarding issues of the ESG category;
• Participation in the development and implementation of methodological recommendations and rules of interaction regarding compliance risk management, including ESG categories;
• Checking compliance risks of legal entities and individuals;
• Support of KFG ESG practices assessment projects with the involvement of external consultants, consolidation and summarizes the information necessary to obtain certification of the Company's products or business processes according to ESG standards, including GMP+, GAP, ISCC.
