Compliance Lead in AMO

AMO Pictures is an international video production company that creates stories for millions of users. We have our own English-language media and video production team that works on fiction, non-fiction, and animated creations. Now we are looking for an experienced Compliance Lead who will be responsible for minimizing monetization risks and optimizing processes for finding and blocking creators who use Amo Pictures’ content.

About your key responsibilities and impact:

• Monitoring market trends and updates in partners’ policies (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) and timely communicating them to the AMO teams;
• Assisting the teams in implementing platforms standards and regulations;
• Conducting regular audits and approving video materials for compliance with platform policies;
• Upgrading the search system and blocking content creators who use AMO’s content to promote their profiles on various social media platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok).
• Assisting the team with other ongoing tasks.

Essential professional experience:

• Experience in a similar position, preferably in the online digital media industry
• Proficiency in English at the min. B2+ level
• Experience with Facebook Rights Manager will be an advantage
• Experience with Community Standards and Monetization Policies on various platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat)
• Team Management experience
• Fluency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with Notion will be an advantage

Your manager will be Valeriia — Operations Manager. Valeriia is a crucial member of our team with over two years of experience at AMO Pictures. Starting as an operations specialist, she was responsible for supporting all existing operational processes. Over time, she grew into the position of operations manager and currently oversees several large teams that have a significant impact on the development of our company.

Valeriia is actively seeking a collaborator who is highly results-oriented and ready to take on responsibility. She values individuals who can close tasks “turnkey” and can bring new ideas to improve department processes. They should have excellent communication skills, be sincere, and honest.
