Now weare looking for anexperienced Compliance Lead who will beresponsible for minimizing monetization risks and optimizing processes for finding and blocking creators who use Amo Pictures’ content. About your key responsibilities and impact : Monitoring market trends and updates inpartners’ policies (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) and timely communicating them tothe AMO teams; Assisting the teams inimplementing platforms standards and regulations; Conducting regular audits and approving video materials for compliance with platform policies; Upgrading the search system and blocking content creators who use AMO’s content topromote their profiles onvarious social media platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok). Assisting the team with other ongoing tasks. E ssential professional experience : Experience inasimilar position, preferably inthe online digital media industry Proficiency inEnglish atthe min. B2+level Experience with Facebook Rights Manager will beanadvantage Experience with Community Standards and Monetization Policies onvarious platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat) Team Management experience Fluency inExcel/Google Sheets Experience with Notion will beanadvantage Your manager will beValeriia— Operations Manager.
