What we will entrust you with:

• Increasing the verification of non-resident counterparties of the MHP Group (including the UAE and KSA) and problem residents of MHP PrJSC
• Responsibility for reviewing changes to sanctions lists, analysis of existing counterparties for sanctions
• Participation in the automation of the control process, automatic blocking of counterparties in SAP and the implementation of the project regarding the automation of the process of management of CPI and business gifts, hospitality
• Participation in the analysis of declarations, analysis of cases, provision of consultations and implementation of compensatory mechanisms for current/potential CPI with the involvement of cross-functional colleagues
• Participation in the process of updating, revising and re-approving regulatory documents related to compliance
• Support, analysis of cases and providing answers to signals of the IHP hotline, which are included in the competence of compliance
• Participation in the implementation of measures to promote compliance culture in the company, including training for employees, development of online courses, testing
• Administration of the MHP Portal and the MHP website in terms of compliance

• Have experience working in PZ 1C
• Have experience working with corporate and financial documents
• Own accounting systems at the level of a confident user: Excel, Power Point, O365
• Able to collect and analyze information from databases and open sources
• Able to make presentations and internal projects regulatory documents
