UKRPROMINVEST-AGRO is an agro-industrial holding that is among the TOP agricultural companies of Ukraine (100 thousand hectares of land, 2 factories for the production of sugar, the largest mill in Ukraine, animal husbandry) in connection with the expansion opens a vacancy Compliance analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Accreditation procedure (KYC/AML) of counterparties;
• Due diligence procedures of counterparties;
• Analysis of contractual documents;

• Ensuring systematic monitoring of changes in legislation;
• Collection and processing of declarations of conflict of interests of employees. Maintenance and monitoring of the register of declarations, maintenance and monitoring of the register of affiliates of the company;
• Participation in business process audits on the subject of risk compliance;
• Maintenance of the compliance-risk event database. Development of a conflict of interest settlement plan. Assessment of conflict of interest situations, provision of conclusions and recommendations regarding conflict of interest settlement and further monitoring of the implementation of recommendations;
• Maintenance of the register of gifts, ensuring the formation and storage of the department's documentation archive.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Higher legal or economic education.
• Experience in the field of compliance/risk management/audit/internal control/forensics in a large company would be an advantage
< li>English - no lower than intermediate.
• Confident PC user: 1C, Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation, international legislation in the field of combating bribery and corruption ( including FCPA, UK BA). Understanding of international sanctions legislation, experience of working with OFAC, EU, NSDC lists and others
• Knowledge of international standards and generally accepted practices in the field of compliance
• Ability to work in multitasking conditions, prioritize and work in a team, result-oriented, independent and efficient in performing tasks.
