Alliance15 representatives - Welthungerhilfe (WHH) and Concern Worldwide — have been working together in Ukraine since February 2022, using their combined resources to ensure rapid and effective emergency response and assistance to the crisis-affected population. 

The JERU team announces a competition to fill the vacant position Complaints Response Assistant (part-time) / CRM Assistant (part-time).

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of the Department in matters monitoring, evaluation, accounting and professional development in the creation and implementation of a mechanism for responding to complaints and received feedback (hereinafter referred to as FCRM) to ensure proper response to complaints and feedback received from project stakeholders, as well as their consideration.and use for further experience.  

• Educate and explain FCRM mechanisms and beneficiary accountability to partners to ensure staff can accurately explain the system to project stakeholders.  

 
if necessary, until the complaint is resolved. 

• Perform any other related actions as directed by the manager. 

 

• Contribute and actively participate in quality improvement processes.
