Our company has an open position - Complain Dispatcher (English) remotely.

About the project: the customer service department consists of 20 people who directly help customers in solving their problems. We have all the tools to manage the department: Senior Product Manager, Team Lead Dispatchers, Dispatchers, Quality Control, Customer support, Sales. The main purpose of the position: you will be the first point of contact between customers and technicians. You will be responsible for managing, monitoring and maintaining the technician's schedule, progress and reports.
