• Formation of employee competencies model, selection of tools for their evaluation and further development with the aim of increasing business efficiency, guided by the Company's strategic goals
• Management of talent development strategy, implementation of management strategy talents to provide quality internal human resources
• Identifying talents, ensuring the effectiveness of the evaluation process and personnel development
• Forming a team plan for the development of personnel competencies and selecting tools to increase the average level of team competency development

• IPR analysis and recommendations for its improvement in the SAP system
• Management of personnel succession, development of programs for rapid development of the talent pool
• Implementation of approaches to the application of acquired knowledge and skills in practical activities employees
