This includes competitive salary structures, employee benefits, and incentive plans aimed at attracting and retaining top talent.🌐 Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a single consolidation system for all countries;- Responsible for the review of all existing HR and remuneration systems across 4 countries: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Holland, UK; - Developed the payroll budgeting process for 4 companies;- Implements control and analytical reporting on human resources: information on headcount, staff turnover, hiring, firing, recruiting, and other data for management decision-making;- Develop and implement reports on monitoring the use of the payroll fund;- Develop the concept of salary review, taking into account the specifics of local legislation in each country;- Adapts to the remuneration policy of the company's head office;- Conducts labour market analysis for 4 countries;- Responsible for the review of all existing incentive systems for sales employees;- Updates and implements remuneration systems, focusing on the company's strategic goals.🎯 Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Professional experience and skills;- At least 5 years of experience as a compensation and benefits manager or similar position;- Experience in organising the process of obtaining a work permit;- Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programmes for different departments and levels;- Knowledge of basic Microsoft products (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint);- Experience with documentation, reports, letters, tables and other documents;- English level is preferably Advanced, at least Upper Intermediate (written and oral).Personal characteristics: - Independence - the ability to work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines, to prioritise work, to use working time rationally;- Expertise, involvement, desire to constantly improve their expertise;- High level of communication and presentation skills;- Dynamism, drive;- Flexibility, ability to respond quickly and effectively to internal and external changes;- Proactive attitude - initiative, result orientation.We look forward to reviewing your applications and finding the perfect candidate to contribute to our ssuccess!📥
