Your duties responsibilities will be: • Development, implementation and support of the Company's compensation and benefits policies and programs; • Planning and monitoring of the implementation of the annual personnel budget and the budget of the HR department; • Development and implementation of the personnel goal-setting and evaluation system in accordance with the strategy and Company policies; • Management and improvement of the existing system of variable remuneration in the Company; • Formation of factor analysis of plan/fact deviations for personnel costs on a monthly basis; • Conducting analytical studies of the state of the market, participation in salary and compensation reviews, preparation of analytical reports for their on the basis, analysis of the company's competitiveness on the labor market, providing recommendations to management; Organization of annual and individual employee salary revisions, calculation of salary fund changes based on salary revision proposals; FOP budgeting by units in the area of ​​responsibility; Writing business requirements on the automation of HR processes; interaction with the IT department; methodological support of HR process automation projects; • Preparation of presentations, analytical HR reporting for management. formulas, summary tables);• Desired experience with 1C and Power BI;• Knowledge of the principles of budgeting and cost management;• Structured, systematic, proactive approach to solving tasks, analytical mindset, responsibility;• Skills in preparing reports and designing presentations; • Analytical composition, punctuality, active life position, ability to work in a team.
