And today, the HR Department of Starlight Media invites for cooperation a specialist (rank) in compensation and benefits.

Your tasks will be:

• participation in the budgeting process of the labor fund, control over compliance with the budget;
• organization and administration of the salary calculation process (including variable part of the income, annual bonuses, etc.);
• administration of the salary review process;
• preparation of regular personnel reports (including entering the necessary data into the 1C system, checking the correctness of the data etc.);
• participation in the improvement of existing or development of new corporate standards in the field of C&B (internal policies and procedures, regulations, instructions);
• participation in the automation of business processes and financial calculations;
• analysis of the effectiveness of the application of existing forms and payment systems and the development and implementation of proposals for them improvement;
• participation in the process of forming annual employee goals, calculation and organization ofawarding bonuses based on the results of the year;
• participation in reviewing salaries and forming target guidelines for Group employees;
• conducting HR - analytics for the Group.

Our expectations from you:

• higher education;
• practical experience in a similar position from 2 years old- mandatory;
• ability to organize processes independently;
• ability to analyze and find effective solutions;
• ability to prepare analytical reports;
  
• mastery of Excel - expert level, PowerPoint, 1C will be an advantage.
