Compensation and Benefits Specialist (C&B) in Timak Agro Ukrayina

We are currently hiring a Compensation and Benefits Specialist< strong style="font-weight: 700">g for the further development and support of our business activity in Ukraine.

< strong style="font-weight: 700">Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will perform the following tasks:

< li style="font-weight: 400">Development of new employee motivation systems, management of existing systems and their actualization;
• Analysis of the labor market, conducting analytical studies on the competitiveness of the aggregate staff rewards, participation in the annual review of salaries in the labor market;
• Collection of performance indicators and calculation of bonuses for commercial team employees on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis;
• Implement ideas to improve existing or develop new corporate standards in the direction of compensation and benefits;
• Participation in other HR projects.

Candidate profile:

• Higher education (economics, mathematics, statistics, system analysis);
• Work experience in the field of C&B from 2 years;
• Experience in developing complex employee motivation and remuneration systems (experience in implementing/supporting the Total Rewards approach will be a significant advantage)
• Experience in developing compensation and benefits policies, standards and procedures;
• High level of Excel proficiency: pivot tables, formulas , diagrams, arrays of data;
• English language - Intermediate;
• Analytical mindset, logical thinking, the ability to form conclusions and proposals based on analysis;
• Attention to details, the ability to work in the multi-meaning mode, flexibility, focus on the result.
