Compensation and Benefits Specialist (C&B) vacancy.

Features positions:

• Planning and control of the payroll fund (control of the implementation of the budgets of wages, formation of plans and cost estimates);
• Staff list support (management of the number and structure of personnel, control of staff numbers, participation in the development of organizational structures);
• Labor rationing and efficiency improvement (analysis of labor processes, identification of productivity reserves, optimization of workplaces);
• Development and implementation of policies and regulations;
• Management of social programs and expenses;
• Analytics and reporting (keeping records of labor indicators, compiling statistical and management reports).

Necessary skills and knowledge:

• Higher education (personnel management, economic or legal);
• From 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
• Practical experience of building or participating in the formation of regulatory and driver models.
• Knowledge of the principles of SLA, KPI, FTE, timekeeping;
• Experience in optimizing business processes;
• Confident command of Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI;
• Analytical thinking, system approach, the ability to work with a large amount of data;
• High level of communication skills, the ability to interact cross-functionally;
• Practical experience in building or participating in the formation of normative-driver models and experience in participating in projects on digital transformation or process automation will be an advantage.
