The vacancy "Specialist in compensation and benefits" is open in our company in the city of Kyiv. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits policies for our employees. Your work will be aimed at ensuring a fair and competitive system of compensation and benefits, which will contribute to the attractiveness of our company for talented specialists.

Tasks:

• Analysis and assessment of the level of compensation and benefits in the company and on the labor market;
• Building a system of material motivation (analysis of system efficiency, ranking of positions, setting salaries, development of a scheme for calculating the variable part of wages).
• Support and development of existing systems of compensation and benefits. Participation in the development of a balanced system of key performance indicators (KPI). 
• Development of reward systems.
• Development and implementation of indicators aimed at increasing labor productivity, reducing costs, optimizing labor costs.
• Development of local provisions and regulatory documents.

Requirements:

• Higher economic education.
• Similar work experience.
• Experienced user of Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
• High responsibility and result orientation.
• Ability to work in a team and to learn new things.
