Specialist in compensation and benefits in Interpipe / INTERPAYP

We are currently looking for a proactive Compensation and Benefits Specialist, a person who knows how to build effective HR processes, self-organized and focused on the overall result of the team.

Our candidate:

• Performs the analysis of benefits and compensations in foreign offices;
• Engages in the development, implementation, maintenance, updating of policies, procedures, regulations (according to the current legislation of the country of presence) and general approaches in Companies;
• Forms analytical data from personnel, presentations.
• Performs a set of payroll works for international representative offices and centralized services in Ukraine;
• Prepares and drafts orders, orders and other documents for payment and bonusing of employees of established divisions;
• Collects and analyzes the necessary information for drawing up draft budgets of the FOP and funds for personnel according to established areas of responsibility. Forms a draft of the FOP budget and funds for personnel by divisions/services, conducts an analysis of the use of funds for personnel;
• Performs a set of works on rewarding personnel;
• Provides consulting support to personnel in the field of labor legislation, work organization, payment and bonuses in Ukraine and foreign representative offices.
• Ensures direct communications with each employee of foreign representative offices.
• Participates in providing individual assessment and development programs for representative office employees.

Our requirements and wishes for your professional skills:

• Higher education;
• Experience in similar positions at large enterprises (mainly in an international environment);
• Expert knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine, understanding of instructions within the scope of activity (5 instructions, 100 instructions, etc.);
• High level of management and communication skills;
• Confident PC user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Knowledge of English with Upper-Intermediate proficiency level.
• Ability to work in the mode multitasking
• Readiness for business trips (in Ukraine and abroad).
