Main work tasks:

• Calculation of premiums, commissions, and other incentives to employees in accordance with the Company's Policies and Regulations;
• Administration of the social package for employees;
• Support of the corporate voluntary health insurance program;
• Entering data on the payment of labor into the automated data accounting system.

You are our candidate if you have:

• Sufficient experience in using the MS Office package and especially mastering Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis functions);
• Experience in specialized automated data accounting systems;
• Understanding the principles of working with closed and confidential information;
• Understanding the structure of staff costs, payroll methods (salary, hourly rate, variable schedules);
• Availability of an organized package of documents (in particular, a certificate of attribution or a military ID).
