Today, our client, a company in the field of international logistics, needs to strengthen the Compensations and Benefits Specialist team.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Work experience from 2 years, direction C&B/HR analyst
• Higher education (in the field of labor economics/personnel management, management/finance)
• Desirable (certificates in the field of compensation and benefits)

Area of responsibility:

• Building the Total Reward system.
• Revenue administration contractors.
• Development/optimization of the organizational structure of the Company/individual units.
• Maintenance and consolidation of the staff maintenance budget for all HR articles.
• Methodological support of all C&B processes (regulations, regulations, instructions, etc.).
• Automation of HR processes.
• Formation of analytical reporting in the field of HR.

• Work in a modern and comfortable office in the city of Kyiv (Shulyavska). Once a week there is an opportunity to take a remote day and work from home.
• Working hours: 9.00-18.00, Mon.-Fri.
