Now the CnB department is expanding, so we are looking for a confident and experienced Compensation and benefits specialist.
Necessary skills and experience:
- Higher education (finance, economics, cybernetics, statistics).
- Experience in developing strategic and operational metrics.
- Practical skills with 1C, Jira, PowerPoint.
- English language - not below the Intermediate level.
- Strong analytical skills abilities, critical thinking, developed communication skills.
Future duties :
- Ensure the company's participation in salary reviews through the collection, analysis and submission of data for the formation of a competitive system of compensation and benefits (Korn Ferry).
- Administration of health insurance, including the organization of the tender process, the selection of the provider, and the conclusion of contracts insurance service.
- Implement employee performance evaluation methods, including OKR, KPI and performance evaluation.
- Monitor the execution of KPI and performance evaluation processes, analyze results and provide recommendations for process improvement.
- Collect, process and report on OKR, KPI and performance evaluation.
- Adminmanage evaluation processes, update and maintain the relevance and correctness of internal databases.
- Support the process of annual review of basic salaries.
- Reconcile salaries for new employees and when transferring employees within the established authority.
- Plan and budget staffing and other personnel costs.
- Develop policies, procedures and benefits.
