We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Necessary knowledge and skills for jobs:

• Higher education (economics / finance);
• Experience in administering reward systems, compensation and benefits programs, personnel cost planning is desirable;
• Skills in preparing a presentation (Power Point);
• Advanced skills in Excel (formulas, compiled tables);
• English language level Intermediate(correspondence, hearing information from foreign colleagues) (sometimes it is necessary to be present at online meetings), preparation of documents);  when interacting with the tour operator;
• Documentation of orders and orders for settlements with personnel;
• Participation in the updating of all regulatory internal documents and policies in terms of compensation and benefits;
• Formation of analytical reporting (analytics, FOT, turnover, etc.).
