What needs to be done:

• Coordination and implementation of projects in the field of Performance Management (Performance Review, KPI, OKR, 360°).

• Formation and maintenance of a roadmap, control of deadlines and interaction with process participants.

• Preparation of analytics, reports and presentations based on the results of assessment cycles.

• Participation in automation of HR processes: setting requirements, testing and implementation of electronic forms, dashboards and databases.

• Administration of benefits and Wellbeing programs (insurance, Cafeteria, discounts), budget and performance monitoring.

• Communication with employees, suppliers and HR partners; collection and analysis of CSI/eNPS regarding benefits.

• Support of automation of KPI and HR analytics, formation of IT requirements.

• Planning and implementation of initiatives in the field of Total Rewards, preparation of presentations and internal communications.

This will require:

• Higher education (HR, management, economics or related specialties).

• Experience of 2 years in HR projects, Performance Management, benefits management or motivational programs.

• Excellent skills Excel (data analysis, summary tables, visualization).

• Ability to work with large amounts of information andinteract with various stakeholders.

• Responsibility, structure, proactivity and result orientation.
