Your main responsibilities will be:

< li>Conduct research and market analysis to ensure competitiveness of compensation packages and salaries;
• Participate in the budgeting process and personnel cost analysis;
• Calculation of salaries, bonuses and allowances for employees;
• Development of bonus systems and incentive schemes;
• Preparation of internal analytical/statistical information for requests.

Requirements:

• Experience at least 3 years of C&B experience;
• Ability to develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies;
• Experience developing reward systems;
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Knowledge of the labor market and current trends in the field of C&B
• Experience of working with P&L and Cash Flow, ability to budget;
• Proactive and creative approach to meeting company goals .
