Candidate requirements:

• Higher economic education;
• Experience of working in a similar position for at least 3 years with a staff of 500 or more;
• Experience of working with large data sets;
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, working with summary tables. formulas, etc.;
• Advanced user of 1C 8.3, Power Point, Visio.
• Experience of working with BAS will be an advantage.
• Experience in automating the processes of calculation of salary;
• Analytical mindset, responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in the creation and monitoring of sales and office staff motivation systems; forecasting, statistical data;
• Formation and analysis of the use of the annual budget of the FOP and the flow of funds;
• Labor rationing, planning of the number of personnel;
• Automation of the processes of accruals and improvement of labor efficiency.
