Compensation and Benefits Manager (C&B Specialist) in Promodo

What will you do?

• regular monitoring of the wage market;

• market trends analysison well-being, compensation, benefits, etc.;

• preparation of reports and presentations on C&B direction;

• participation in the calculation of various types of incentives programs;

• reward reporting process;

• participation in viewing the company grades;

• participation in payroll automation.

Necessary knowledge and experience:

• work experience in a similar position (compensation and benefits or HR analyst) from 1 year;

• skills for working with MS Excel/Google Sheets and their analogues, including processing large data sets, working with multi-level logical formulas, summary tables/diagrams;

attention to details, structural and analytical thinking;
