Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Manager in Deliciya, PP

We are looking for a compensation and benefits manager (C&B)< /p>

Tasks of the position:

• Participation in forming the process of grading system and evaluation of positions
• Participation in methodology development and Performance Review
• Participation in methodology development and KPI setting
• Development of regulatory, regulatory documentation in the direction of remuneration management
• Conducting market analysis to ensure competitiveness compensation packages and wages
• Support of regular process of revision of wages and compensations
• Formation of budget and analysis of personnel costs
• Preparation of analytical calculations and presentation materials
• Keeping records of salary, compensation and bonus data
• Participation in other HR projects
