Main responsibilities:
- Methodological support for issues related to the regulation of norms labor, calculation of man-hours, organizational structure of shopping malls (trade and production), RC.
- Development of a model for calculating FOP and man-hours.
- Development of a methodology of standards for managing employee work schedules.
- Conducting a labor market analysis for shopping center and shopping center divisions.
- Development of new and updating of existing salary and bonus systems, analysis of economic feasibility, taking into account the labor market and financial indicators of the company.

- Development of new and updating of existing personnel motivation policies and procedures.
- Administration of motivation programs.
- Conducting analysis of personnel satisfaction.
- Administration of the employee certification system .
