YOUR TASKS AND THE DUTIES OF THE POSITION WILL BE:

• planning and formation of the budget for personnel expenses (FTE, wage fund, bonus programs, social benefits);
• preparation of forecasts and financial models of personnel expenses (short-term / long-term planning);
• control of the implementation of the budget for personnel expenses, analysis of deviations and preparation of recommendations on cost optimization;
• conducting payroll analysis: compensation structure, cost dynamics, effectiveness of reward programs;
• preparation of regular management and analytical reports on personnel costs for company management;
• participation in the development and improvement of compensation and benefits policies (salary, bonus programs, social packages);
• conducting market research and benchmarking of salary levels salaries;
• support and development of the budgeting system for personnel costs, participation in the automation of planning and cost control processes;
• work with HR systems and financial tools for data analysis (SAP, Excel, BI tools);
• cooperation with the financial department regarding planning, control and optimization of personnel costs;
• preparation of analytical materials and presentations for company management.
