- Strategic management of rewards: formation and implementation of C&B policy within the overall HR strategy of the company;
- Architecture of motivation systems: development and administration of the system grades, KPI models, bonus and bonus programs;
- Market analytics: conducting salary surveys, analysis of the competitive environment and preparation of recommendations for management;
- Budgeting and control: analysis of the structure of staff costs (staff costs), evaluation of the effectiveness of investments in motivation and budget load forecasting;
- Automation and analytics: participation in HR reporting automation projects, support HRM systems, development of analytical dashboards, preparation of analytical reports for top management;
- Development and analysis of the benefits system: initiation and implementation of new approaches in the field of social packages and talent retention programs; identifying trends, deviations, risks (internal fairness, discrimination, exceeding market rates);
- Collection and preparation of data for Payroll: on wages (start of work/promotion/transfer/dismissal), bonuses and other payments, control of the correctness of calculating indicators.
Competencies and expectations from the candidate:
- Education: higher specialized education (economics, finance, HR or management).
- Experience: from 2-3 years in the field of Compensation & Benefits in structured companies (work experience in IT companies will be an advantage).
- Expertise: deep understanding of grading methodologies, principles construction of KPI and financial modeling systems.
- Technical skills: confident mastery of Excel/Google Sheets at the Pro level (formulas, functions, pivot tables); knowledge of Power BI or HR analytics automation systems.
- Soft Skills: analytical mindset, high accuracy in working with numbers, high level of ethics and confidentiality.
Working conditions:
- Full-time employment.
- Work schedule 5x2, 40-hour work week, 9:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00.
- Hybrid work format: 3 days in the office, 2 days remotely.
