to join our team.

What tasks await you:

  • Revision of wages, bonuses and bonuses for different categories of employees.

  • Formation of proposals for establishing the basic remuneration of employees.
  • Creation of analytical reports upon request.
  • Automation of processes in the field of compensation and benefits.
  • Position assessment and labor market research (Korn Ferry methodology).
  • Development of regulatory, regulatory documentation in the direction of remuneration management.
  • Participation in the implementation of HR projects, such as changes in the organizational structure, transformation of the compensation system or updating the benefits program.
  • Ensuring compliance of all processes with corporate standards and current legislation of Ukraine.

Necessary skills and experience:

  • Higher education (economics, finance, HR or related areas)
  • Experience in the field of compensation and benefits from 2 years
  • Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (Korn Ferry is an advantage)
  • Experience in the formation and administration of the labor budget
  • Skills for creating reports, presentations, analytics (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience of automating HR processes (Comp&Ben)
  • Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine
  • A confident user of Excel
  • Analytical thinking, responsibility, confidentiality in working with data.
