We are now looking for a Benefits and Compensation Manager.
You are our candidate, if:
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a manager of the benefits and compensation function in companies with 200 or more employees;
- You have experience in the development and implementation of motivation systems;
- You have skills in labor market analysis;
- You are able to work with large volumes of data;
- You have a high level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- You have an analytical mindset, you are attentive to details, you strive for professional development;
- You can work both in a team and as an independent performer (manager).
What you will do:
- Develop, approve and implement current motivation systems (tangible, non-tangible);
- Formulate and monitor the FOP budget by business direction;
- Conduct consideration of budget compliance and approval of recruitment applications personnel;
- Conduct research into the labor markets of Ukraine and foreign countries according to payment conditions, motivation systems;
- Build balanced KPE and bonus systems, implement and monitor (calculation, formation of payments);
- Monitor and monitor changes in individual payment terms;
- Calculate bonuses, additional payments and compensation to employees companies;
- Maintain voluntary health insurance and life insurance programs for company employees;
- Manage the company's staffing schedule, build a structure and make changes to accounting systems;
- Write technical tasks for automating the calculation of premiums;
- Conduct analytics based on indicators, create dashboards;
- Work with the Visio graphic editor to build an up-to-date structure.
