We will be glad to see a specialist in our team who:
- Has a higher economic education; well understands the principles of remuneration, mechanisms of motivations and bonuses, as well as the principles of calculating the main economic indicators based on the results of the company's activities;
- Is a confident user of Excel (processing large data sets, working with multi-level logical formulas, summary tables /diagrams);
- Has a desire to develop in other areas of HR.
Position functions:
- Participation in the development, implementation and support of the company's compensation and benefits programs;
- Administration of bonus reward systems, including the calculation of economic indicators - the basis for calculating and awarding bonuses to employees;
- Administration and support annual staff performance evaluation and annual salary review programs and annual bonus program;
- Analysis of company salaries and benefits compared to the market, preparation of reports for managers to make decisions related to compensation and benefits;< /li>
- Compilation of annual and monthly budgets of the labor fund and administrative expenses of the HR unit;
- Regular analysis and reporting on compensation and benefits, number, reasons for dismissals, staff turnover and other issues;

- Coordination of voluntary employee health insurance service;
- Participation in other HR projects.
Requirements for candidates:
- Experience as a C&B Manager in large international companies;
- High expertise in Excel and Power Point, SAP HR module;
- English language – proficiency level above average ;
- Experience in forming S&B policies for employees in EU countries - experience in developing a bonus system for the trading/agricultural/export sales industry will be an advantage;
