Compensation and benefits manager in Internyuz-Ukrayina, GO

We are looking for a person who would perform well the duties of organizing and coordinating processes in the areas of compensation and benefits; personnel administration to the HR department. WHAT SHOULD BE DONE: provide advice on the operation and principles of pay systems and services; analyze the competitiveness of pay and services (in accordance with the market and adopted internal policies); organize a review of salaries and fees, prepare projects justifying changes; to carry out current support of operations of hiring employees and consultants; to carry out internal reporting and statistics. WE EXPECT THAT YOU: have a higher education (preferred areas: economics, finance, personnel management); have work experience of at least 1 year in a similar position (economist/- labor officer, compensation and benefits specialist, etc.). Experience working with international donors will be an advantage; master Excel at the level of an advanced user; have an analytical mindset and know how to work with numbers and large amounts of information; have a high level of organization and attention to detail; speak business Ukrainian, English at an intermediate level.
