Compensation and benefits manager in MISTO DLYa LYuDEY, TOV

Company "Micto for people",a leading apartment building management and maintenance company is seeking: Compensation and Benefits Manager

Your main tasks:

• updating everyone regulatory internal documents and policies in terms of compensations and benefits;
• formation of analytical reporting (analytics of FOT, turnover, etc.);
• preparation of data for revision of salaries, for budgeting;

• operational support of additional payments, payments of material assistance;
• control over compliance with the staff list, expenditure of the wage fund, application of tariff rates and estimates, salaries, additional payments, allowances, over tariffication of works;
• li>
• accrual of the variable part based on key performance indicators (KPI) and compensation payments.

Requirements:

• experience in a similar position;
• confident PC user of Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel.юVisio at the advanced user level) ;
• skills for working with the ERP system (preferably 1C);
• ability to work with large volumes of data;
• developed analytical skills;
• li>experience in preparing presentations, HR dashboards, data visualization;
• proactivity, systematicity, optimism, responsibility, punctuality
