Responsibilities: data collection and processing from various sources for the analysis and generation of reports; analytics of the Plan-Fact-Declination of personnel costs format; creation of automated dashboards of HR metrics; preparation of presentations based on reports with conclusions and recommendations; execution of individual official assignments and tasks.
