Duties
Collection and preparation of data for Payroll: on wages (start of work / promotion / transfer / dismissal), on bonuses and other payments; control of the correctness of the calculation of indicators.
Support of HR systems and databases: making changes, checking data, controlling the quality and timeliness of display.
Participation in the development and implementation of business processes for accounting and payroll, optimization and automation of processes, participation in the integration of HR systems.
Ensuring compliance with the labor legislation (labour law, taxes, social contributions).
Preparation of analytical reports on FOT for HR-business partners and heads of departments.
Providing employees with detailed information on salaries, bonuses and other payments.
?? Required knowledge and skills
Higher education (economics / finance).
Experience in administering reward systems or compensation and benefit programs is preferred.
Understanding the principles of payroll.
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, consolidated tables).
Ability to work with large data sets.
Analytical thinking, attention to details, systematic approach, structure.
Working conditions
Full time, schedule 5?2, 40 hours per week.
Working hours: 9:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00.
Hybrid format: 3-4 days in the office, 1-2 days — remotely.
