What will be included in your responsibilities:
- keeping company personnel records, documentation passing through the department;
- personnel business processes: dismissal, vacations, transfers, mobilization, sick leave, official reception, reporting, provision of references and characteristics;
- management of the current organizational structure of the company;
- accounting and maintenance of employee work schedules;
