Your tasks will include:

• Maintenance of the company's personnel records, processing of documentation that passes through the department;
• Personnel business processes: dismissal, vacations, transfers, mobilization, sick leave, official reception, reporting, provision reference and characteristics;
• Maintenance of the current organizational structure of the company;
• Accounting and management of employee work schedules;
• Working in ERP databases - experience will be an advantage, but if not -let's learn!

From you we expect:

• The presence of such personal qualities as: the ability to work with a large amount of information, attentiveness, detail-oriented, stress resistance, good memory;
• Experience of working with the ERP/Excel database will be an advantage;
• Experience in the administrative field, including working with office equipment and software;
