Alceberg is an innovative company that develops AI-based products. We are currently working on a new Talefy product that combines a web platform and a mobile app to create and interact with AI-generated stories. Our mission is to change the way people perceive stories, allowing users to not just be observers, but active participants in stories. We are looking for a talented Community Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Managing and organizing the work of the community on Discord

- Creation of plan content, content and publication of posts and news in the community and in social networks

- Development of a community development strategy and plan engagement

- Analysis of metrics and feedback from community members to improve its development

- Analysis of metrics and effectiveness of activity in social networks

- Setting up cooperation with a cross-functional team

- Monitoring the activity of competitors in social networks and their communities

Skills and skills:

- Experience of community manager, SMM or similar roles

- Experience with Discord and similar platforms for community development

- Understanding of the company's market

- High communication skills

- High level of English

- Creativity and the ability to attract an audience

- Experience in organizing events and implementing other marketing campaigns - desirable

- Experience and understanding of the specifics of working with online communities - desirable
- Experience with Reddit would be an advantage
