We are an investment fund NetSolid Investments , founded in Ukraine. Our main focus is SMART – investments. Our expectations from the candidate:

• experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• command of Ukrainian and English at a high level;
• excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people;
• analytical thinking, ability to work with data and reports;
• creativity, initiative, ability to work in a team;
• understanding and knowledge of the specifics of community functioning;
• experience with online networking tools;
• conducting surveys, analyzing and processing the results;
• identification and description of problems/needs of internal customers;
• presentation skills.

Areas of responsibility:

Strategic planning and community administration:

• conducting community needs analysis through surveys and personal communication;
• development of community content/event plans in cooperation with our experts;
• collection and analysis of data on the community in order to increase its usefulness;
• development and implementation of solutions to improve the work of the Foundation's communities.

Organization of events:

• organization of events (off-line and online): lectures, discussions, networking, etc.;
• selection of speakers within the ecosystem;
• assistance to speakers in preparation for speeches;
• development of announcements of events and activities;
• collection and analysis of feedback after the activities.

Data management:

• maintaining and updating the database of participants and the knowledge base;
• maintenance of a database of external events, mitaps, with distribution to different Geos.

Cross-team interaction and communications:

• cooperation with the HR department in building a knowledge and experience exchange process in the Ecosystem;
• suggestions of ideas for the Foundation's team building with projects;
• participation in the development of news and general surveys;
• close cooperation with SMM.
