Community manager, with training in Migonenko P.S., FOP

We are looking for a junior community manager to help maintain the online community of users and make interaction with the product friendly and comfortable.

This role is ideal for starting a career: you will learn to work with communities, moderate discussions, communicate with users and gradually get involved in the development of the community together with a more experienced team.

Mandatory residence in Kyiv

Your tasks:

• Respond to messages and comments from users in communities and social networks.

• Help with moderating discussions and following community rules.

• Transfer user questions, ideas, and feedback to the team.

• Help prepare simple posts, announcements, and community updates.

• Maintain a friendly atmosphere and a positive tone of communication.

• Perform daily operational tasks related to the work of the community.

It is important for us that you:

• Have an interest in online communities, social networks and communication with people.

• Know how to write in Ukrainian language.

• They were attentive, responsible and open to learning.

• They were not afraid to ask questions and accept feedback.

• Able to work in a team and follow instructions.

• Had basic computer and online services skills.

Would be a plus, but no required:

• Any experience of moderating chats, forums or social media pages.

• Volunteering, student projects or participation in online communities.

• Interest in IT, education or digital products.
