Community manager (Vietnamese language) in JustMarkets Tech

JustMarkets is looking for a CommunitySpecialist with knowledge of the Vietnamese language, who will help attract a new audience through high-quality social initiatives, explore new channels for promoting our brand. Main tasks: Manage social networks: respond to comments, messages, inquiries in a timely and professional manner, establishing relationships ?communication with followers. Assist in creating content for various social networks, including Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Telegram. Create FAQs to support current brand activities. Monitor niche trends, current news, current events for successful brand promotion .Working together with the influencer manager/SMM team in the direction of working with brand influencer programs, reporting. Basic requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of the Vietnamese language. Experience in social media management, monitoring and reporting or in the direction of customer support.
