You will be responsible for engaging with users, managing community interactions, and ensuring that our users have a positive and meaningful experience on the platform. This role requires a blend of creativity, empathy, and strategic thinking to foster a vibrant, inclusive, and engaged community.Key Responsibilities:Community Engagement:Actively engage with the community within the Belong application.Facilitate and moderate discussions, ensuring a positive and respectful environment.User Support:Serve as a point of contact for community-related inquiries, issues, and feedback within the Belong application. Provide timely and helpful responses to user queries and concerns.Work closely with the customer support team to resolve issues and improve the overall user experience.Analytics and Reporting:Monitor community metrics and provide regular reports on community health, user engagement, and feedback.Identify trends and insights to inform the development of new features and community initiatives.Collaboration:Work closely with the Customer Experience Manager to align community efforts with overall business goals.Requirements:Proven junior experience as a Community Manager or similar role, preferably in the social media or mobile app industry.Strong understanding of social media platforms, online communities, and digital marketing.Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Creative thinker with a passion for building and nurturing communities.Comfortable working a hybrid shift pattern, with the flexibility to adapt to the needs of our global user base.Benefits:Flexible hybrid work environment.Opportunity to be part of a growing company with a mission to foster genuine connections globally.
